​Harris Penman and Lisa McGuckin were both competing in Berlin in September and both had a pretty good day. Harris fought well and just missed out in a medal match finishing in 4th place. He was lucky to get the opportunity to compete in the team event along with Shitokai Scotland where all the boys done fantastically well and they won Bronze.
I the Kata Lisa performed Papuren for the first time in competition which served her well getting her out of the group stages. Lisa unfortunately lost out in the final but still won a very well deserved Silver medal.
Well done guys, a great day amongst high level competitors
