Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Karate Scotland International Grand-Prix today. Regardless if you won or lost I’m enormously proud of you all for taking part. Competing is not easy that’s why most people won’t ever do it, so if you were there, feel very proud. For those who won medals today a special well done
