As always there was a high standard across all categories and a great turnout for the first of four in the year. it wasn’t to be our day in the Kumite events with a couple of people unable to attend and some real close results but unfortunately not quite getting the competitive edge.

The Kata was different with good performances from everyone who took part and picking up a couple of medals too.
